Orbelith multilingual landing page and conversion UX case study cover

01 — Project challenge

Explain a broad CRM without creating feature overload

Orbelith connects sales, project delivery, approvals, communication, finance, reporting, HR, and automations. The landing page had to make that breadth understandable while preserving one clear conversion path.

Primary audience

A marketing-agency owner or operator who already manages client work across several disconnected tools.

The second constraint was localization: one structure had to remain readable across Russian, Romanian, and English copy with different phrase lengths.

The page must answer

  1. 01What is Orbelith?
  2. 02Who is it for?
  3. 03Which tools and workflows does it replace?
  4. 04Can a visitor try it with low commitment?

02 — Experience strategy

Lead with the outcome, then reveal the system

The page prioritizes visitor questions and decision stages instead of reproducing the application navigation.

01

Outcome-led hero

“Run your agency, not spreadsheets” communicates the value before introducing the module set.

02

Product proof above the fold

A dashboard mockup turns a broad CRM promise into visible product evidence before signup.

03

Progressive disclosure

The page moves from product value to modules, replacement logic, onboarding, pricing, security, and FAQs.

04

Low-friction conversion path

One primary “Start for free” action is supported by no-card and one-click demo-data reassurance.

03 — Information architecture

A ten-step visitor journey

Each section resolves a different point of uncertainty, from initial product recognition to pricing, security, and action.

  2. 02Product-positioning hero
  3. 03Live-product visual proof

04 — Visual system

A product-led interface, not a decorative campaign page

The landing page extends the application’s dark surfaces, lavender accent, compact controls, and restrained depth so the marketing experience and product feel connected.

System decisions

  • Near-black page and elevated card surfaces
  • Pastel lavender as the primary action color
  • Soft borders and depth instead of heavy shadows
  • Compact controls aligned with the CRM interface
  • Sans-serif UI type with a focused serif accent
  • Reusable card, badge, button, and status patterns

05 — Responsive design

Reflow the experience instead of shrinking it

The mobile navigation reduces to brand, language control, and the primary CTA. Hero copy reflows, controls remain thumb-sized, and the product proof becomes a narrow operational frame.

Orbelith desktop feature card system

Desktop hierarchy

A wide product proof and six-card feature system make the broad module set scannable.

The value proposition, CTA, language switcher, and product evidence remain visible without horizontal overflow.

06 — Localization

One structure across three languages

The same production page supports RU, RO, and EN through a visible language switcher. Copy and spacing accommodate different phrase lengths without changing the decision sequence.

RU

Русский

Primary product market and default interface language

RO

Română

Localized experience for Romanian-speaking agencies

EN

English

International product and portfolio presentation

07 — Outcome

A live multilingual product entry point

The outcome is documented through delivered page behavior and production evidence — not unsupported traffic, conversion-rate, revenue, or acquisition claims.
